Do I need a deposit to reserve equipment or a bounce house?
No, we require a valid credit card to hold your reservation. We don’t charge it upfront, but we keep it on file in case of cancellation or damage. A 50% cancellation fee applies unless weather prevents setup (tents excluded).
Can I pick up my rental, or do you offer delivery?
Both! Most party and equipment rentals can be picked up at either of our locations in Hudson or Pelham, NH. Delivery and setup are available for an additional charge and are often scheduled Thursday–Friday for weekend events.
How long is a weekend rental?
Weekend rentals are typically one-day rates that cover Friday to Monday. We deliver Thursday or Friday and pick up Monday or Tuesday. You get more time without extra cost.
What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
You’re responsible for the equipment until it’s returned. If anything is lost, stolen, or damaged (including tires, pistons, panels, or covers), you’ll be charged repair or replacement cost per our rental agreement.
Do I need a permit for a tent rental?
If you’re renting a tent for a corporate or public event, yes. The good news is we handle all tent permitting for corporate events. For residential setups, most towns don’t require it—but we can advise if needed.
Do you provide setup for tents and bounce houses?
Yes, we offer full delivery and setup for tents and bounce rides. Setup fees vary by location and rental type.
Do I need a special vehicle to tow equipment like a skid steer?
Yes, you’ll need a vehicle rated for the weight and a trailer with proper tie-downs. We’ll go over your tow vehicle details when you reserve to make sure everything’s safe and compliant.
What if I don’t have a trailer to haul equipment?
No problem—we rent trailers equipped with chains and binders for an additional $30. Just let us know when booking your equipment rental and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to tow safely.
What do I need to do to prepare for my weekend party rental?

We typically deliver on Thursday or Friday for weekend events, so we ask that your setup area is ready ahead of time. Please mark the location where you’d like your tent or bounce house placed and complete all lawn mowing by Wednesday to ensure a smooth setup. Make sure the area is clear of furniture, toys, or debris, and that our team has easy access.

How long does it take to set up a tent on your own?

For most of our tents, setup takes about 30–45 minutes with two people. You’ll need a small sledgehammer to drive the stakes, and we recommend reviewing the instructions provided when you pick up the rental. It’s a straightforward process, but having a second set of hands definitely helps.
