Rental Policies

Customer Responsibility

  • Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Grand Rental Station. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.
     
  • All renters are required to have proper identification. Acceptable forms of ID: Valid Driver License or Valid Passport
     
  • A major credit card is required for all rental transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. We collect all rental charges and security deposits in advance at time of rental. Cardholder must be present for the transaction.
     
  • Operator of equipment must be present at time of rental.
     
  • Customer is responsible for understanding proper operation of all rented items. Basic operating instructions will be provided at time of rental upon request.

Deposit

All customers are required to leave a credit card deposit. (There is no actual charge to the credit card account; we just need to verify that the account is open and active.) If a customer has an in-store account and it is in good standing, the signers on that account may rent equipment with no deposit.

Delivery

  • Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please contact the store for specific delivery charges.
  • Delivery includes drop-off at a single accessible location. Additional handling or placement requests may result in extra fees.

Rate Periods for Tools and Equipment

  • Rental fees are calculated for the time the equipment is rented out until it is returned; your prompt return saves you money!
     
  • 4-hour rate is based on 4 hours within store hours.
     
  • One-day rental is based on 8 hours use within a 24-hour period.
     
  • One-week rental is based on 40 hours use in 7 consecutive days.
     
  • One-month rental is based on 160 hours use in 28 consecutive days.
     
  • There are no refunds or credits issued for early returns. Returning an item before the end of the rental period does not reduce the rental charge.
     
  • A 10% damage waiver is mandatory on all Tools and Equipment rentals and is added to the rental total.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Rental rates are not negotiable.

Rate Periods for Bounce Rides and Party Rentals

  • All bounce rides, tents, tables, and chairs are charged as a one-day rental covering the full weekend.
     
  • Standard delivery for party and bounce rentals typically occurs Thursday or Friday, with pickup Monday or Tuesday, depending on schedule and weather.
     
  • Rentals are priced as a single flat rate — there are no discounts or refunds for early pickup, shorter use, or unused rental days.
     
  • Equipment is for outdoor use only unless otherwise specified.
     
  • A 10% damage waiver is mandatory on all party and bounce ride rentals and is added to the rental total.
     
  • Customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, including rips, tears, leaves,  or excessive dirt.
     
  • Setup and takedown are completed by our trained staff unless otherwise noted on the rental item.

Weekend and Holiday Rentals

  • Weekend rentals are typically charged as a two-day rental for the weekend.
    • Equipment picked up Friday between 4–5 PM and returned Monday by 8 AM will be charged a 2-day rental.
    • Equipment picked up Saturday between 4–5 PM and returned Monday by 8 AM will be charged a 1-day rental.
  • Holiday rental periods may vary. Please contact the store for details.

After-Hours Returns

  • Equipment must be returned during regular business hours unless prior arrangements are approved by management.
     
  • After-hours drop-offs are not permitted.
     
  • If an item is left after hours without approval, it remains the customer’s full responsibility until it is checked in and accepted by Grand Rental Station staff.

Cleaning and Condition

  • All equipment must be returned clean and in working condition.
     
  • A cleaning fee may apply for items returned with excessive dirt, mud, or debris.
     
  • Customer is responsible for all tire, piston, and body panel damage.

Other

  • It is the renter’s responsibility to read and understand the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Contract before signing.
     
  • The operator, at the address designated, must use the equipment for the purpose for which the item was manufactured and intended. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited.
     
  • Customer is responsible for returning rented items in the same condition as rented, except for ordinary wear and tear.
     
  • Rental rates do not include fuel, cleaning, or repair of damage caused by misuse or neglect.
     
  • Grand Rental Station reserves the right to refuse service or rental to any individual who appears to be under the influence, unqualified, or unable to safely operate the equipment.

Additional Terms

  • A 10% Damage Waiver (DWC) applies to most rentals and helps cover accidental damage. It does not cover theft, misuse, or neglect.
     
  • Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events may be rescheduled or credited at management’s discretion.
     
  • All rentals are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
